A football game, a Friday night, a Holiday or just because, we will make these bacon wrapped jalapeño poppers and eat them faster than we can make them. They are that good.
Let’s just be honest… jalapeños, bacons, and cream cheese – it is the perfect combination for a fun appetizer.
What’s not to love? Seriously! These are the best!
They have just the perfect amount of heat without being too spicy. Since you remove the seeds, it really helps. It is the perfect combination of cheese and bacon and jalapeno without being too spicy.
You will love it! Plus, it is not expensive to make and you don’t need much bacon since it is wrapped around the jalapeno.

Ingredients you need for the best baked jalapeno poppers:
- 10 Jalapeños
- 10 slices of bacon
- ½ container of 8 oz cream cheese
Products you need:
- toothpicks
- baking sheet (if you are baking them)
How to make bacon wrapped jalapeno poppers:
- Cut the stems off and cut the jalapeños in half length wise.
- Use a spoon to remove all the seeds.
- Spoon about a tablespoon of cream cheese mixture in the middle of each jalapeño. Set aside.
- Cut each bacon in half. Wrap a half of bacon around one stuffed jalapeño. Secure with a toothpick.
- Bake on a sheet pan in a preheated 400 degree oven for 25 minutes (you can broil the last few minutes to make them crispier if you want)
- You can also place them on a grill for 25 minutes until bacon is cooked through for crispy bacon. (flipping regularly).
